You acknowledge that other members will have access via a Select representative to certain information contained within your profile/portfolio relevant to providing the Service. We may copy and/or reproduce any information supplied to Select in any form and in any manner we wish in order to provide our service. If You disclose to other members any confidential or sensitive information about Yourself then You do so entirely at Your own risk. You will have access to information contained in other member portfolios via a Select representative. You warrant and represent to Us that all information provided by You: is true, accurate, complete and in no way misleading. You will regularly update your portfolio with Select so that it remains accurate, true, complete and in no way misleading. We reserve the right to review Your Portfolio from time to time and to amend and/or delete information if We, at Our sole discretion, think that it should be amended and/or deleted.

The Service is provided in its current structure and We do not guarantee that the Service, or any element of the Service will meet Your requirements, purpose and/or expectations. We will however, work towards a successful outcome. We do not provide any warranty in respect of the Service, results, availability, and/or uninterrupted use of the Service.
